Train on or generate FAQs

FAQ training feature:

In Chatislav, the FAQ feature can be utilized in various ways to significantly enhance your responses.

 

  1. Leverage Existing Chats: Utilize our database of previous chats to select a response you wish to train.

  2. Create Custom Questions: Formulate your own questions and provide tailored answers to meet your specific needs.

  3. Real-Time Training: One of Chatislav's most powerful capabilities is the ability to train your AI Agent in real time during actual conversations on the platform. This live training functionality allows you to refine and improve your AI Agent's responses on the fly, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.

Explore these methods to maximize the effectiveness of your AI Agent and elevate your interactions.

 

Leverage Existing Chats

From the main menu, select your AI Agent, then navigate to the "Chats" section. This will open the Inbox, where you can view the history of chats and conversations. Here, you will have the opportunity to train each response to specific questions.

Please note that you must have a record of interactions between the AI Agent and users to access this feature.

 

Step one: Jump to „Chats

Step two: Below the search bar, select the question for which you want to train the response. Then, on the right side, under the user icon, click on "Train as FAQ"

 

 

Step 3: In the newly opened window, enter the desired response for the selected question, with the option to overwrite existing answers. Once you’ve made your adjustments, simply click the "Train" button to proceed.

Create Custom Questions

If you have not yet engaged your AI Agent, take advantage of the opportunity to pre-train your desired responses to frequently asked questions.

By following the standard three-step process, you will arrive at the training window, where you can customize and refine your answers to ensure they meet your specific needs. This proactive approach will help enhance your AI Agent's performance and improve user interactions from the outset.

  • Select the FAQs section, then click on "Add New FAQ."

 

 

In the next step, it is up to you to customize the questions and responses that will be generated.

Take this opportunity to tailor each FAQ entry to accurately reflect your needs and the expectations of your users. By carefully crafting these elements, you can ensure that your AI Agent provides relevant and helpful information, enhancing the overall user experience.

After making your adjustments, simply navigate to the "Train" button to finalize the process.

 

Real-Time Training

Navigate to your AI chat window. When monitoring conversations, if you observe that your AI Agent has provided an incomplete or incorrect response, or if you simply wish to enhance its performance, follow these steps:

  1. "Train This Question" button is located above the question, and will initiate the training process for that specific inquiry.

  2. Training Panel Appears: A dedicated training panel will open, displaying the original user question alongside the agent's response, allowing you to review the interaction in context.

  3. Edit the Response: Directly modify the agent's response to provide the most accurate and comprehensive answer. Take this opportunity to refine the wording, add relevant information, or clarify any points as needed.

  4. Save the Correction: Once you are satisfied with your edits, click the "Train" button to save the changes and improve the agent’s future responses.

By following these steps, you can ensure that your AI Agent continues to learn and adapt, ultimately enhancing the quality of interactions with users.

Every corrected answer is automatically integrated into your FAQ knowledge base, enhancing the resources available to your AI Agent.

Specifically:

  • Saved Question-Answer Pairs: Each corrected question-answer pair is stored in your FAQ repository, creating a comprehensive database of refined responses.

  • Enhanced Training for Your AI Agent: These entries play a crucial role in training your AI Agent, enabling it to deliver more accurate and relevant responses to similar questions in the future. As the knowledge base grows, the agent becomes increasingly adept at understanding user inquiries and providing high-quality answers.

By continuously updating the FAQ knowledge base, you not only improve the immediate performance of your AI Agent but also contribute to its long-term learning and effectiveness, ensuring a better experience for all users.
